Restoring access to education – presentation of the new functionality of the DREAM ecosystem for transparent, accountable and intelligent selection of projects for funding
Returning to stable and safe education is one of the important conditions for restoring life in the affected regions. This year, the Ministry of Reconstruction together with the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Digital Transformation initiated a new approach to funds allocation for shelter and school kitchens projects in educational institutions. The main difference is the use of the DREAM ecosystem to ensure fast and transparent digital procedures.
The event is designed to reveal the successful experience of distributing subventions for arranging shelters in educational institutions. Representatives of the Government, Open Contracting Partnership, the DREAM team, local and regional authorities will reveal the details of the project implementation and share the results of the subvention distribution. This positive experience will become a model for the implementation of other financial programs through the DREAM ecosystem, both state and international.
For one week in May, come together to share ideas, discuss solutions, and commit to new levels of citizen participation in government.
