High Level Joint Civil Society Advocacy meeting with top Government officials and Media Engagement
The management of Development & Integrity Intervention Goal Foundation with support from USAID State2State has scheduled the following activities to mark the OGP week
Activity 1: High Level Joint Civil Society Advocacy meeting with top Government officials from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Communications and any other Ministry you deem fit for the meeting. The main objective of the advocacy meeting is to strategize on best approaches for reviving OGP and sustaining SFTAS gains in Ebonyi State. Proposed Date for the advocacy meeting Thursday May 19th, 2022 from 10am to 3pm.
Activity 2: Radio Phone-in Program at Radio Nigeria Unity FM Abakaliki with topic “The place of Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Promoting Accountability and Expanding Civic Space in Nigeria” Guests is the Civil Society Advisor OGP National Secretariat Abuja (Uchenna Arisiukwu) and an official from Ministry of Finance preferably the OGP focal Point. Radio program is Friday May 20th, 2022 8am to 9am.
